Pleasant stay

Staff, food, premises... everything was good. Staff is very warm.

The lawn at the entrance and other areas can be maintained better.

Management to

STAFF AT RECEPTION on Sunday 01 October around 2 pm onwards is negatively contributing by ENSURING that guests DO NOT RETURN future visits by BEING RIGID.

Staff at reception pretended to be more loyal than the King. I lost track of my partner after Darshan and so got a bit late to return for check-out within 12 noon. On return I informed lady at reception if we could first have lunch in hotel restaurant and then vacate the room and she agreed. However when we finished lunch, a different person at reception was adamant to CHARGE ADDITONAL FOR DELAY although we had checked in at 9 pm the previous night. Ofcourse I am aware, check-in late does not matter but even far bigger hotels are flexible. Person at reception started preaching Company Policy,.............. not appreciated. There is surely a better hotle "Sun & Sands" at Shirdi that by far exceeds service and flexibility. Staff at reception is negatively contributing to repel guests.

Stay was overall good. Could have been better if receptionist has been more supportive than rigid. Breakfast was Ok. Not

Room was neat and clean. Property is spacious.

1. Requested for early checkin but they gave me like normal inspite of room availability. They were ok to provide with extra cost. I had to take some other place for freshening and go to temple darshan. 2. Went with an extra adult whom i said i will pay for and allowed me to checkin. But they didn’t even allow to checkin without paying advance and paying for extra adult. She could have been more sensitive.

Nice infrastructure in general

While the bathrooms have been renovated nicely, the bed mattress and linens are still old and need replacing. The food used to be something worth waiting for but now the quality has dropped significantly. This needs to be looked at seriously as it can be a good sales advantage.

Very good staff and decent stay close to the Sai Baba mandir with free pick and drop

It’s clean and near the Sai baba mandir. They have a free shuttle pick and drop facility to the mandir. The staff is extremely courteous and very caring and even with check out they allow you an hour extra with a smile.

TV wasn’t working, but I never needed it. Some fault seems as an exception and will not hold against the property. Needs to be maintained and has gone down in the past years .

Overall the Hotel is fine for just staying but the hotel itself didn't have much to offer.

the hotel was close to the temple and they had pick & drop facility

1. The breakfast was not included with the stay 2.we specially mentioned that we wanted to celebrate my birthday but there were no special efforts made from their side 3.the pool was extremely dirty even after multiple requests being made to clean the pool, it was still dirty

I am using this hotel on all my visits to Shirdi

Fairly good breakfast. The services were excellent!

Bathroom had very old and hard in functioning taps and shower. Somewhat leaking from jet spray. I was told that renovation is to start in near future.

Good

The location is good, about 10 min walk from the Sai temple. Secluded yet within walking distance. The hotel permitted late check out as it was not fully booked on the date of check out and arranged for an auto to the bus stand. It also provided a free shuttle to the temple.

Though the hotel was not fully booked, it allotted us a room having a view of the back side rather than the front.

It was not worth the pay. Booking.com proved to be way expensive than any other medium.

Just the location and service was excellent.

The facility was not that clean, breakfast was not inclusive though the charges were quite high compared to booking through any other medium. Beddings and towels were not that clean.

Housekeeping, ac water leaking from roof in the room, toilet cleanliness, floor not cleaned, common areas not kept well, lawns not maintained, overall a disappointment on upkeep compared to my stay earlier..property is beautiful and can be managed much better...

i will not stay again, rather would pay little more and stay in good hotel in same location

nothing specific as everything was average and okey , nothing to complain

breakfast could have been little better, inside tea/coffee, empty mini bar, two separate bed were offered for couple even though requested double bed, does not look like 4 star facilities

only rooms are good.....

location was an advantage. rooms and toilets were clean. But one of the 5 rooms we took smelled of cigarette smoke. not cleaned properly. Dinner was good. But the breakfast was Bad. They had free car shuttle to and from the temple which was convenient. They also had good taxi service to pick and drop at the airport. Overall, it was good.

One room was smelling of cigarette smoke. could not use that bathroom.
